CERNY85 - DAVID ČERNÝ

David has developed an unmistakable signature style and technique. At the moment, there is a strong naivïty and minimalism based on thin line and filled surface combined with collages cut out of old books. David is able to highlight the industrial qualities and self-destructive tendencies of the city through strict geometry, which are always symbolically intertwined with a hidden reference to nature, seeking its way to the surface. David is no stranger to working with the object, sculpture, painting on canvas or in public space.
