Unworn socks can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

Send as registered package

To the address of our warehouse we are ferdinand s.r.o., Vazová 2451, Uherský Brod, 688 01, Czech Republic and write the order number on the envelope or inside the package. Any postage is paid by the customer himself.

Send with the help of Zásilkovna // Packeta

You can choose from more than 4,400 branches throughout the Czech Republic. There is no need to write the address on the box, the address label will be printed and affixed by the dispenser staff. The price for the return is only CZK 50.

How to do it?

You simply take the parcel to any Zásilkovna drop-off point, where you inform the staff that you wish to send the parcel to we are ferdinand. You just need to tell us our identification number - 94172644. The operator will print a label and stick it on the box, you will receive a confirmation of delivery, where you will also find a tracking number. The price for services is CZK 50.

Money Back

Please inform eshop@ferdinand.cz about sending the package and we will then issue you a credit note and send the money back via GOPAY or to your bank account.
