Send as a registered parcel
To the address of our warehouse: we are ferdinand s.r.o, Uherskobrodská 204, 763 26 Luhačovice, and write the order number on the envelope or inside the parcel. Any postage costs are paid by the customer.
Send via Zásilkovna (packeta)
You can choose from more than 4,400 branches throughout the Czech Republic. There is no need to write the address on the box; the address label will be printed and affixed by the branch staff.
How to do it?
Simply take your package to any Zásilkovna branch and tell the staff that you want to send a package to we are ferdinand. All you need to do is provide our identification number – 94172644. The staff will print the label and stick it on the box, and you will receive a confirmation of delivery, which will also include a tracking number for the package.
Refunds
Please inform us about the shipment of the package by email at eshop@ferdinand.cz, and we will issue a credit note and send the money back via GOPAY or to your bank account.
